How to setup an efficient mail server?

I looked up but could not see any tutorial to set up an efficient mail server via Cyber Panel. I want to send mail (Word Press) directly to the recipient’s email folder. I have a MailGun account. Do I need to use bind DNS function to set up a mail server? Currently, I use Cloudflare as my DNS configuration.
