Can't download compressed file (zip) from file manager

I compressed a file for testing purposes which worked fine but I can’t download the zipped file, just get ‘This site can’t be reached’ when I try to download.

@ardan7779 in the meantime you can download compressed files directly from the front end of your website using the file path.

Try clicking “Fix Permissions”.
That helped me.
