'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xe7 in position 8: invalid continuation byte

Hi, after i extracted homedir to public_html i tried to open public _html directory.
But i get this error “‘utf8’ codec can’t decode byte 0xe7 in position 8: invalid continuation byte” message at bottom right side in a red box.

I have a lot files which i named with turkish characters like “ş ü ğ” how i can fixed.

Is there anyone which get this error?

Can someone help me pls?

I also have this problem with Vietnamese.

If using file manager, there will be font errors
