I believe that the cause of my direct entry to ip is some form of error that you can view the 404?

Is not this, excludes and refies in another domain without being seen, what could it be?

Have you checked your rewrite rules?

Is ModSecurity enabled?

It happens because the default WP rewrite rule is not active in your .htaceess

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks > Save Changes (even if you don’t make any change, just hit the “save changes” button)

2. Restart Litespeed server.
