Problem with .htaccess rules

It is about all the sites, the vhost are OK like this:
rewrite {
enable 1
autoLoadHtaccess 1
}

But the rules are not applied using htaccess.
A php file setting header rules works fine but not the htaccess rule equivalent.

Did you restart OpenLiteSpeed, do you know that if rules change OpenLiteSpeed restart is required?

Restart LSWS is always the good way to apply any change
