How to open port 8890 on openlitespeed

Hi! Currently I want to open port 8890 on my server (openlitespees, centos,cyberpanel)
But when I use the command
firewall-cmd --zone=public --permanent --add-port=8890/tcp

it occurred error: Warning: ALREADY_ENABLED: 8890:tcp

but I check this port is not available.

Open the port directly from firewall 1 - Firewall - 09 - Security - CyberPanel Community
