550 5.1.1 error in email delivery

Hello
We have set up the Cyber panel and created email account there with poketdeal.com domain. But when we send email from the domain using cyber panel email panel, it returns back with below error

550 5.1.1 info@poketdeal.com: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

Can you please let me know how to fix it?

Seems address does not exist.

Any email address I try to send email it returns error
