Direct access website via IP no domain name.

Hi !

Looking a way to directly load website via IP instead of domain, is it possible in CyberPanel.

In VestaCP I can access site directly via IP.

1- I need for only one website
2- It will be a php file

I am using CyberPanel with domain no issue so far.

when I open directly IP of Cyberpanel installation shows below error,

404
Not Found

The resource requested could not be found on this server!

But with domain opens website directly.

Kindly provide steps, how to do it.

When you launch a website (in other words this page https:// IP Address:8090/websites/yourdomain.com)

You will see a Preview button, it works without you actually pointing DNS records.

Is it possible to directly open by http://ip-address/ no prefix or special port :8080

Plain format http://1.1.1.1/ ?

However can we add a redirect on IP and it automatically redirects to preview url ? Please confirm how ?

Usually in apache root dir, i place a redirect code in index.html file

Usually in apache root dir, i place a redirect code in index.html file

try go to webadmin console , and add listener mapping vhost with * to your vhost , see how it goes.
