own ip blocked

i think my ip address is somehow blocked by cyberpanel installed in my vps, and i cannot login in ssh.

how can i remove and whitelist it?

From Firewall you can open ssh port again: 1 - Firewall - 09 - Security - CyberPanel Community

somehow i’m logged out from cyberpanel as well, now i cannot login there as well.
