Can anyone help with setting up a domain that cannot be accessed (https: // www),

It looks like there is an issue with OpenLiteSpeed 1.4.38, for now please downgrade the server version and it should be fine

yum remove openlitespeed
yum install openlitespeed-1.4.36
cp/usr/local/lsws/conf/httpd_config.conf.rpmsave /usr/local/lsws/conf/httpd_config.conf
systemctl restart lsws
