To find whats eating the disk
du -h / --exclude=/app --exclude=/proc --exclude=/home/virtfs| grep ^[0-9.]*G

One common issue is Modsec debugging on which writes tons of GB

thanks, this helped a bit. but my problem is that I probably somehow unmounted sda1 and now none of my websites and cyber panel does not work
