Outlook Error: Your e-mail server rejected your user name

Guys,
Outlook returning error (see below)

Any Ideas? Webmail woks

Username: username@domain.com
Password: is correct
SPA: unchecked
Outgoing Server requires Authentication: Ticked (same as incoming)
POP3 Port: 110
SMTP Port: 25

Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your e-mail server rejected your user name. Verify your user name for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR [AUTH] Plaintext authentication disallowed on non-secure (SSL/TLS) connections.

Look under: Read and send email through Gmail

Configuration should be similar in outlook.

Thanks, POP3 works now after adding port 995 in Firewalld but now SMTP returns this error

Task ‘My Email - Sending’ reported error (0x800CCC68) : ’ The server responded: 450 4.7.1 : Data command rejected: Service temporarily unavailable’

When email policy server was on and email was not going through what did you have in CyberPanel main log file?
