Hello, 1 hour ago I made a cyberpanel host. I did it step-by-step and seamlessly. However, although I have set everything, when I enter the site with http, when I enter the apache index as https, my index appears. When I log in with http, it not reads my files.

Apache needs to be removed before installing CyberPanel, it should be a clean server. Normally if you install centos 7 minimal you should not be having issues.

But it looks like your site is giving LiteSpeed headers now.
