Created ssl for hostname / domains, but still cyberpanel (https://domain.com:8090/, https://domain.com:7080/) and (https://domain.com ) showing red https ,

Please check if cert was actually successfully issued , sometimes when you fails to Domain Verification , panel will still perform the cert issue by self-signed cert.

yes both fullchain.pem and privkey.pem are created

seems cyberpanel not creating “chained certificate” (just private) on fullchain.pem

no , that still could be just self-signed, check your cert and see the domain

if it’s example.com , then self-signed , reissue it
