Click Fix Permissions from top right corner and try again.

Yep, a new problem for me… File manager not working takes a good time loading then it doesnt let me upload files any size. And get some timeout connections. (Could not connec to server, refresh page.) everything came just after I upgraded CP

It happens to me as well, also, can delete/modify some files, can’t others, fix permissions done and nothing
