How to assign multiple user to database?

How to assign multiple user to database? I see that everytime I create database I also create user (but only one user for one database). How to add user priviledge to a database? Aside from using phpmyadmin.

This can be considered feature request, since it’s not possible as of now.

Hi, the privilege settings for a database user it’s not only useful on different scenarios but it’s efficient as a security hardening on some web app.
Please consider this feature for future release.

off course ROOT MySQL can do it, but we need final users can add/remove users, how is possible without connect as “admin”?
