I’m trying to customize error pages like 404 or 500, though I’m not getting via htaccess, would it have some form?

You will need to login to your litespeed/openlitespeed webadmin console for this.
YourserverIPaddress:7080 will be your webadmin console.
YourserverIPaddress:8090 is your cyberpanel dashboard and IP:7080 is your litespeed/openlitespeed webadmin console.

Try restarting you server or else create vhost manually for your websites.
