Hello,
Currently I’m hosting 50+ sites on a dedicated server with good CPU specs and 16GB ram.
Most of my sites are database heavy and currently I’m using EasyEngine + Webmin to manage these sites. I have also optimized my database server manually to match my website’s requirements.
Now what about Cyberpanel, does it auto optimize database performance based on the server configuration? or do I need to manually optimize my server?

Database optimization is basically out of the scope of LiteSpeed or either CyberPanel. But we’ve LiteSpeed Cache that you can use to increase website performance. However LiteSpeed cache is a page cache, and you might need redis to improve your database performance.
