Unable to Create a New User

When trying to create a new user the validation system says there needs to be one number and one special character. Unfortunately we cant get past this validation with any combo of number(s) and special character(s).

VirtualBox, CentOS 7, CyberPanel 1.5,

it’s typo , it’s number + alphabet , the “special character” is typo
