Few suggestions

Here are some things that may be useful:

1. Adding option to clear cyberpanel main log and maybe all the logs and adding timestamp in that log.

2. Adding timezone options in basic php settings.

3. Awstats or similar stats soft.

4. Adding home.php to index files

5. Adding fail2ban and maldet options to install

6. Load all the fonts from https, like http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Raleway … etc
